Downsizing
Our specialty is managing downsizing transitions. We understand the challenges of moving and downsizing. Most of our clients have lived in a residence for several decades and are facing a move to a smaller space. This can be overwhelming for anyone! We work directly with you or family members to identify what will move to your new home. With years of experience, we have the skill to guide you through the downsizing process.

Identify what household items and furniture that can be sold in auction, estate sale or by consignment;

Relocation Coordination
Our specialty is managing transitions. This process includes:

Space planning and organizing the project;

Packing and labeling of household items designated for your new home;

Coordinating with contracted moving company on all aspects of the move, including any specialty packing, and move of items to storage unit facilities;

Unpacking;

Set up and Interior Redesign of the new home.
We strive to complete a move in as little as two days (depending on the size of the new home). This greatly minimizes your stress on you and your family during the moving transition. We also arrange furniture, hang artwork, and set up electronics. Our goal is for you to feel at home and settled.
Estate Liquidation
Moving to a new home is only half the challenge of a transition. We will arrange for the remaining contents of the home for distribution among family, estate, auction or consignment sale, donation outlets, or disposal. We help you find the best outlet for items that remain.

Arranging to ship or move items to family members;

Coordinating with estate, auction or consignment companies on sale of remaining furniture and household items, as well as, donation centers;

Properly disposing of personal documents, e-waste, chemicals and any remaining household waste.
Home Sale Prep
We help put your home's "best foot forward" when preparing to sell. After a downsize and estate dispersal, many clients need help coordinating and completing the many steps involved in selling a home. We help with:

Manages contractor services, including obtaining estimates and scheduling;

Arranging for general home touch-ups, interior and exterior;

Coordinating specialized cleaning services.
Through our experience with home sale prep, we have established a list of contractors and service providers. If you are working with a realtor, we can coordinate with them to carry out their recommendations. We love preparing a home for sale to the next owner who will make new memories in it.
